Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy describes how a user or donor may cancel a transaction or interaction with Tattvajignasa, operated by Adhyatma Prachara Sevashramam, Rayadurgam.

1. The Service Is Free to Use

Tattvajignasa is offered free of charge. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no paid tier. Users may stop using the Service at any time without any further obligation, fee, or notice.

2. Cancellation of a Donation Before Completion

While you are on the Razorpay payment page (or before approving a UPI request), you may close the window, dismiss the request, or click "Cancel" to abort the transaction. No charge will be made to your payment instrument in that case. If you see a pending charge that was not completed, it will typically be auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days.

3. Cancellation of a Successful Donation

A donation that has already been successfully processed cannot be cancelled in the literal sense — it has been received. You may, however, request a refund within 7 days of the transaction in the circumstances set out in our Refund Policy (duplicate charge, wrong amount, technical error, unauthorised transaction).

4. Recurring Donations

We do not currently offer recurring or subscription-based donations. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated to describe the cancellation procedure for such mandates, and any active mandate will be cancellable directly by the donor through Razorpay or by writing to us.

5. Account / Data Cancellation

The Service does not require account registration. Your chat history is stored locally in your browser; clearing your browser data or starting a new chat will remove it from your device. To request deletion of any server-side query logs that may include your data, please write to our Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy > Section 8).
