Tattvajignasa is a fully digital service — no physical goods are sold or shipped through this website. All interactions, responses, audio narration, and study tools are delivered electronically over the internet. There is no shipping or courier component associated with use of the Service or with voluntary donations.
1. Digital Delivery
When you submit a question to Tattvajignasa, the response is generated and delivered to your browser instantly (typically within a few seconds) via secure HTTPS. There is no separate "delivery" process and no shipping address is collected.
2. Donation Receipt
Upon completion of a voluntary donation through Razorpay or UPI, a transaction confirmation is generated immediately by the payment gateway and is sent to the email address or phone number you provided to the gateway. If a written acknowledgement letter is required for tax or audit purposes, please write to support@tattvajignasa.in. We will respond within 7 working days.
3. Printed Publications
Adhyatma Prachara Sevashramam separately publishes printed Telugu translations of Swāmījī's works under the Shankara Vedanta Granthamala imprint. These books are not sold via this website. Anyone wishing to purchase or sponsor printed copies should contact the Ashramam directly using the details below.
4. Service Availability
The Service is normally available 24×7. Brief downtime may occur for maintenance, deployment, or due to third-party outages (hosting, model gateway, payment gateway). We endeavour to schedule maintenance during low-traffic periods.
